does not redirect the module

Hi, I just bought a module from you. I installed it and configured it. but it seems there is some conflict. I'm not thrown into the messenger, just the page is updated and that's it.

Anyway, can you share temporary access to your website so I can have a look on it directly? If you can, you can share it in the Your Site Details tab below. Only you and support staffs who are able to see it.

no, it does not perform the most important function, it does not redirect a person to the messenger.

Hmm ok, yes looks like there's jquery conflict.
Anyway how did you add the module to the page? The module is not published from the module manager but it exist in the frontend.

yes, it was added via the page constructor. can I install the no jquery plugin ?
