Timer is not working !

ok thanks for FTP but I still can't access it because it always returns a Login Authentication Failed message (see img)

strange ! I made export in my FileZilla , and I wrote the FTP detailes with wich I enter to hosting...

I'm duble checked it and still can't access it. Does your server limiting FTP access by IP?
