Ups sorry I didn't see your reply. Probably because you wrote it while I was posting the reply. Anyway, when you re-create it, did you use ftp, or done it via joomla administrator?. It's probably a just a permission issue. Try to re-create it via joomla administratorPlease re-read my posts. That is EXACTLY what I did! and that caused the Joomla Error.

>> Deleting and recreating was done in Jooma 4 /Content/Media
In Admin backend.
I suceeded in recreating it, without error, via sftp in the hosting control panel. Of course, that did not error as it was not going via Joomla.

It says it is because it is the name of a CMS Object, so I believe it. There is nothing wrong with my permissions.
It seems you cannot call a folder or file the same as a joomla object that is in the system.
So, prepending something to your folder like 'thumbs_' should fix it.

It is not my suggestion, it is what the Joomla error message says.
I just re-read it all. It is self evident in the text, that you have not believed anything I said, twice over.
I shall not trouble you again, it has proved pointless. I even gave you a pretty good review.
Goodbye. Snapshotted.

I meant for suggesting renaming forlder to have prefix. It is not my suggestion, it is what the Joomla error message says.
Actually I was unable to replicate the '/images/thumbnails/mod_minifrontpage/ is illegal as mod_minifrontpage is a CMS_OBJECT' issue. Deleting folders should just returned 'No such file or directory in' error that should be gone after recreating the folder. And I already re-checked it again.
But thanks for your help anyway. Goodbye for now
