Floating button not showing even when assigned to different position and only shows title "FLOATING BUTTON"

It sounds a template related issue to me. Or javascript confliction matter. Please provide your website url so I can see the problem directly.

Yes please. If it's a live website, you can set a new hidden menu/page and publish the module there
