Your website doesn't have jQuery. Try to create a template overide. if you don't know how to create a template override please follow this video 
then in the default.phpafter this code :
defined('_JEXEC') or die;
add this
JHtml::_('jquery.framework');

which theme file should I put it in? and where can I get the default.php file?
