Pro version thumbnails are not working

  • Posted by Apexbit Services (13) Offline
Hi,
I have the following issue:
I have installed minifrontpage demo to test it and everything worked including displaying the thumbnails.
Then I have purchased and installed the pro version and thumbnails are not displaying.
I thought there is a conflict between the 2 versions so I uninstalled the demo version... still not working... reinstalled the pro version... still not working...
Read some previous threads so I also tried the following but without any success:
- deleted the images in mod_minifrontpagepro folder
- changed the php version from 8 to 7
- changed the module position
Nothing worked... Please need help !

URL: ecoularadean.ro
there are 2 modules at the begining of the page:
- the first one without thumbnails with the Breaking News title
- the second one with 4 articles on 1 row and 4 columns where there should be thumbnails (it displays only the default thumbnails)
I also tried to delete the first module (without thumbnails) thinking that there is a conflict between the 2 of them but still without success.

Do you have any extension that convert all of your article's images to webp format? Anyway, are you sure the standards version is working properly?
Can you share temporary administrator page access to your website so I can have a look on it directly? If you can, you can send it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Yes there is an extension that converts images to webp. I have disable it but with no results.
And yes I am positive that the demo version works.
I will send you the credentials.
