There lies to root of the problem! I am not receiving any forum email notifications. I have checked my spam folder and the registered email address seems to be ok.

I have tested the "fixed" module that you sent and am delighted to say that it seems to have resolved the issue.

Fantastic response to my issue which could not have been quicker.
