Fonticons Plus Colours Not Sticking

Hey guys ... have Fonticons Plus working fine in JCE ... have set slightly different to your instructions due to the fact I want them available globally, regardless of what template is being used.

I am however having a slight issue, in that when I select a text colour for the font it does not save. It displays when first editing as the colour I have selected, but after I press save it reverts back to black - both when viewing article and in editor the colour does not stick. Thoughts?
