Related Items Extended - A way to exclude specific categories please

Please overwrite this file /modules/mod_relateditems_xtd/helper.php file with the one attached and see if that will fixed it. (unzip it first)

Hi I want to do the same thing as Related Items Extended is showing content from articles and menus so some of the content is doubled. I can't find anywhere to exclude Categories on my version though. I am using Joomla 2.5.16 & Related Items Extended 1.1.3

I just uploaded the helper file as described above and now the exclude categories has appeared. Thanks
