I haven't received my download link for Daily Deals

Sorry, I don't know what happened so I recreated another FTP account for you and have forwarded it.

It now allows me to enter your server, but there's nothing on your server.

I don't use ftp, but I just accessed splazz via cpanel and all the files are there. I have been working in the front end admin area and this is functioning fine.

Yes it looks like the ftp account you gave is pointed into a new auto generated folder (based on its username). Please create a new user then point it to the joomla template folder.
Or alternatively, simply let me know your cpanel password.

If you're willing to let me know your cpanel password PLEASE write it on the "Your Site Details" Tab below. Don't type it on the reply box, it's not secure as everyone can see your password

Btw, I asked the ftp account because the problem is because these two files are inaccessible :
splazz.com.au/templates/deals_plazza/js/template.js.php
splazz.com.au/templates/deals_plazza/css/template.css.php

It is probably a file permission problem that can be fixed from ftp or cpanel.
