Ok I'm able to login to both of administrator page and ftp, but in ftp I didn't see any joomla installation file. Maybe the ftp account is pointed into somewhere else?

Btw
I have switched the Error Reporting to Development mode in the administrator page to show any error message on the website.
Now it displays some error message that is related to joomla and K2 :Can you tell me where did you host your joomla?
Is it possible for you to ask the webhosting whether they are supporting joomla or not?
Btw I found this thread, that is probably something related to error message displayed on the website, maybe you want to check it out too :

I host with SolarVPS and have my own hosting account. This account is optimized for Joomla and I currently run many websites including a joomla/virtuemart shopping cart.
For some reason, splazz.com.au doesn't have a php.ini file. I have put in a request to SolarVPS to see if they can insert the 'mbstring' into PHP
In regards to the Joomla Installation file, this was an auto delete function during the Quickstart install. Should this file have remained as I can reinstall this file.
