Can't format text

Good day

I purchased XTypo Button from you, and use it with JCE Editor.

After following all the instructions, it was installed, but now I cannot edit my text size or fonts at all. As soon as I change any size or change the font, it just reverts back to some original size and type after saving.

Can you please assist?

Hi, Can you tell me this is happened when you resized the any text on your editor area only when you resize the icon size only?

Additionally, Is it possible for you to provide temporary access to your website so I can check it by myself? If it's possible you can enter the details using the "You Site Details" tab below. Only support team who are able to see that.

I just resized the body text in the editor window itself, and changed to another font. However, when I saved it, it just reverted back to its old style, discarding all the changes that I made.

Ok, can you try to disable xtypo button plugin ( see goo.gl/6dMjmg ), try to resize text body + changed to another font again, then check whether the problem persist or not?

I uninstalled it completely, and the problem disappeared. I am now able to change font size and font type without any problems. But now I don't have any XTypo button.
