Where is Exclude category id(s) option

I using a local environment to develop this site, so you can not visit this site via internet.

Hi, it's not easy to track the issue without seeing it directly as you may have a different joomla configuration / environtment. If you can, please try to setup a live server and then let me know when you have still a problem with that.

Btw, we indeed removed the exclude id option in the past when we were integrating the related tag function for joomla 3.0, unfortunately I forgot what exactly the reason for that.
But the fixed version I gave you previously should be working properly. I've made a local test with that and it works properly. Please see this video goo.gl/pTDZeF

It still can not work, i have setup a live site.

Here have two modules on same page: optolongdev.newloong.com/en/optical-filt...cal-analyzer-filters, one is "Related Documents", one is "Related Products", the "Related Documents" need exclude category id 13, the "Related Products" need exclude category id 14.

the web access protection doesn't work, i use the ftp account but it said incorrect

I just test to accesss the page use ftp username and password, it work. Could you please try again?

i also can access the site use the username and password of the ftp account on another computer, have you to try again? I recommend you copy the username and password from site details form then paste to the password protection window of your browser.
