Where is Exclude category id(s) option

I just purchased Related Items Extended, then i download and install it, but i can not found the "Exclude category id(s) option", where is it?

My joomla is 3.2.3

Could you please use the latest version to fix the problem? the latest version with some new option such as: Show Header Text.
